Customers: centralised tracking
Create customer records, suspend or revoke access, attach VPS and game servers, and send a portal invitation so customers join your client portal. Resources stay within your reseller perimeter.
Plans shown on the portal
VPS plans and game plans include vCPU, RAM, storage, network and displayed monthly price on the portal. A €0 price lets you prepare an offer without exposing it at checkout. Game plans reference an allowed Pterodactyl game / egg.
Brand & domain
Customise the name and logo your customers see. A custom domain can be added with DNS verification (status stays pending until validated). Portal tickets can be relayed to your reseller area if you enable the flow.
Reseller quotas & billing
You operate within quotas (vCPU, RAM, disk, IP, bandwidth) set by your offer. Do not confuse customer payments on the portal (your Stripe / PayPal) with the reseller subscription or offer billed by Noxel under your contract.
Frequently asked questions — reseller platform
What is the difference between the reseller space and the client portal?
The reseller space is your Noxel dashboard for quotas, catalogue, clients, portal and integrations. The client portal is the white-label interface (dedicated URL or domain) where your clients buy and manage VPS and game servers.
Do my clients pay Noxel or my company?
When you connect Stripe or PayPal with your own credentials, portal payments can go to your accounts. Your Noxel reseller subscription remains a separate flow — we do not mix them on the storefront.
What is Pterodactyl used for in the reseller platform?
Pterodactyl links your game panel to the platform: game server deployment for your clients, allowed eggs and limits per your configuration. Without a valid connection, game plans cannot be wired to the catalogue correctly.
